so they put a further tour on which was also quickly filled. some endorsement! it truly was the experience of a lifetime with well planned days varying in length and 2 rest days built in at just the right time so we could enjoy both san antonio and new orleans. what a variety ot landscapes and cultures, from super cool la to the wild west, to vibrant new orleans and holiday florida; pacific ocean to atlantic, taking in the gulf of mexico. david went in each including the atlantic within 5 minutes of arrival at our daytona beach hotel, despite rough seas and a temporary break in the otherwise summer weather. simon and dan quickly explained and got us novice group riders – imagine leading a group of 15 bikes and a support vehicle- into shape understanding how to keep together in town, stitch ourselves back together as a pack when traffic lights and trafic broke the group up, and all get safely onto a forecourt for a fuel stop. running a day behind the other tours run by john and dot, and hilary and mike, we ran into them at the hotels on our rest day stops as well as the off. all were friendly and helpful, with suggestions for visits and places to eat and drink. the sight of 45 harleys outside a hotel, just reinforced the view of the superb organisation and execution by the hadrian v-twin team. the trip of a lifetime has left me now wanting the next one!mario, kent deliverance tour | have just come back from the fabulous deliverance tour led by simon and dan.
